I have chosen Taiwanese foods because Taiwan is my country. I have lived in my hometown for 14 years, but I already haven't been home for a year. I really miss my country and my home foods. In my country, there have a lot of delicious foods, but those delicious foods don't really famous in world. We aren't a big country or have a big town, so don't have lot of people to knew our country even our culture. I want let more one to kow about my country even my home foods, so I chosen what I already ate 14 years but if I don't have those foods and I still miss.

Design Brief
Empires have fallen, Gods have tumbled, temples have been desecrated, battles won and lost, and families divided , but still the recipes of the world have survived. Each generation has influences on these recipes but some recipes are never changed they link us to the generations past.Each country is identified with the food they, the ingredients they use, the cooking methods and presentation of their food.
This year the theme of the Luncheon competition will be Foods From Around The World . Each pupil will design and make a three course meal using a specific country as their inspiration. It will be held on the Week two Tuesday 27th July
The presentation of the entry will be presented as a blog created in My house it will include the following criteria

A big part of Spanish cuisine comes from Roman, Jewish and Arab food. Spanish cuisine is complete with spices, falvours, colours and smells. The main ingredient for Spanish cooking is olive oil. Spanish cuisine is really influenced by seafood since seafood is available from the waters that surround the country. Spanish food is complete with spices, flavours and smells.

Place chicken breasts into a plate with onions and garlic. Chop and add parsley to chicken. Add salt.
Serve with fried potatoes.
Chocolate mousse

Method:
1. Put the marshmallows, butter, chocolate and water in a heavy based saucepan.
2. Put the saucepan on the stove, over gentle heat, to melt the contents, sitrring every now and again.
3. When all the contents mixed together remove the saucepan from heat.
4. Meanwhile, beat cream and then fold into cooling chocolate mixture until you have a smooth mixture.
5. Let it cool in a fridge for overnight setting.
